Policies & Procedures

In order for each business, organization, or school to perform with excellence and structure there must be procedures in place. We believe it most important to make ours available to all. Please check out our policies and procedures to the side to answer any questions you may have.

Parent Volunteer Hours

As a core tenet of the Charter’s educational program, the parent participation component of KPS is an asset that enriches the school as well as ensures the success of its scholars. To that end, KPS ask families to provide 30 hours of volunteer service during the school year and will maintain a comprehensive list of volunteer opportunities for parents. However, KPS will not exclude any applicant or scholar from admission or continued enrollment in the Charter School or school activities whose parents/guardians are unable to fulfill the 30 hours of voluntary participation.
